College (apart from first weekend of the season)

- The contract is
due to be completed in Dec 2008
- The contractor
is well aware of the urgency of the project and will endeavour to
complete earlier.
- Penallta
RFC will have the opportunity to carry out the bar fitting and
installation of furniture etc within the contract period.
- The
Council have offered the club the opportunity to send an 'observer' to
the regular progress meetings held with the contractor. Any questions
the club may have can be given to the project engineer prior to the
meetings.
- We have been
assured that the field will be ready for the start of the season using
the changing facilities at the college.
- The club is
currently looking for a venue to hold after match hospitality.
